Day 2: 072011-First workout

30 minutes of briskly walking on my treadmill again. I killed two birds with one stone; watching Pretty Little Liars on my laptop as I exercised. After the first fifteen minutes, I noticed an irritation at the back of my left ankle. I didn’t want it to cut open from the constant strain from the friction of my shoe, so I decided to wrap it up. The last fifteen minutes were quite tedious, I was going super slow at 2 mph and wanted my breakfast already. 

124 calories burned.
